Welcome to South Hampton Homes Association's community website!

Our community website was developed to serve as an informative resource for both our neighborhood and our local community. Please feel free to contact us with your comments and suggestions.

Our Neighborhood

South Hampton Homes Association is located in Olathe, Kansas, in the Southern part of beautiful Johnson County.  Our amenities include a community park, Hampton Park, located right in our neighborhood. Hampton Park has a large play area, a large pavilion with picnic tables, a large green space, and is connected to a walking/bike path that runs through Olathe and neighboring cities. Make sure to keep an eye out for South Hampton residents attending our annual "Movie Night in the Park" over the summer!

Our Elementary School, Madison Place Elementary School, is also located within walking distance of our neighborhood, without having to travel on any main roads!

Important Reminders

The South Hampton Homes Association kindly reminds residents that South Hampton is a deed restricted community.  This means that there are rules governing our neighborhood which are intended to preserve a harmonious design and protect the value of the property.  We encourage all residents to review the Declaration of Restrictions to become familiar with these items.  You can also contact us with any questions you may have.

Changes to your home, such as additions and/or adjustments to the architectural design, require written approval from South Hampton prior to beginning your project.  You may submit your Architectural Change Request Form here.  Please note, changes made without prior approval from South Hampton may require remediation at the owner's expense.  It is very important to get your changes approved prior to the beginning of your project.
