Welcome to South Hampton Homes Association's community website!
Our community website was developed to serve as an informative resource for both our neighborhood and our local community. Please feel free to contact us with your comments and suggestions.
Our Neighborhood

South Hampton Homes Association is located in Olathe, Kansas, in the Southern part of beautiful Johnson County.  Our amenities include a community park, Hampton Park, located right in our neighborhood. Hampton Park has a large play area, a large pavilion with picnic tables, a large green space, and is connected to a walking/bike path that runs through Olathe and neighboring cities. Make sure to keep an eye out for South Hampton residents attending our annual "Movie Night in the Park" over the summer!

Our Elementary School, Madison Place Elementary School, is also located within walking distance of our neighborhood, without having to travel on any main roads!

Changes to your home, such as additions and/or adjustments to the architectural design, require written approval from South Hampton prior to beginning your project.  You may submit your Architectural Change Request Form here.  Requests should be submitted at least 72 hours in advance of the Architectural Review Committee meeting in order to be considered.  Please note, changes made without prior approval from South Hampton may require remediation at the owner's expense.  It is very important to get your changes approved prior to the beginning of your project.
